Founder & CEO — Mentor AOD
I build growth systems that make businesses visible, trusted and chosen in the AI era.
I'm Chaudhary Usama. I lead strategy and delivery across SEO, AI search visibility, conversion-focused websites and automation — with a specialised team at Mentor AOD handling the build.
Who you're hiring
I build the strategy. My team builds the system.
I started Mentor AOD because the things that decide whether a business gets found and hired stopped being separate jobs. Rankings depend on the site. The site depends on whether it converts. Conversion depends on what happens in the hour after someone fills in a form. And now an answer engine decides whether you get mentioned at all.
Give those four things to four different vendors and you get four opinions and no result. So I treat them as one system: search visibility, AI visibility, web experience, automation and lead conversion, planned together.
I stay on the strategy, the direction and the quality bar. Mentor AOD's specialists build it. You deal with one person who understands the whole thing.

Capability
The systems behind the growth.
Four areas, used in whatever combination the business actually needs. Most engagements start with one and grow into the rest — because the problems are connected.
Search visibility
Getting found by people who are already looking — and, increasingly, by the models that answer on their behalf. Technical foundations first, then structure, then content.
Digital experience
A site that loads fast, explains the offer in one screen and makes the next step obvious. Built on WordPress and Elementor so your team can run it without us.
AI & automation
The repetitive work between an enquiry and a signed client — routing, qualifying, replying, updating the CRM — handled by workflows and agents instead of people.
Growth infrastructure
Where the traffic, the site and the automation meet: capture, qualification, follow-up and reporting that tells you which parts are actually producing revenue.
Results
Numbers, once they're verified.
These figures are placeholders until each one is backed by a screenshot in the proof section. Nothing goes on this page that a client can't confirm.
Placeholder data — replace before publishingSelected work
Problem, decision, outcome.
Two featured projects below. The full set — including the industries, the constraints and what I'd do differently — sits on the projects page.

Rebuilding a sales channel after Amazon was gone.
UN-SKRU lost the marketplace that most of its sales ran through. That turned the website from a brochure into the only storefront — and it wasn't built to carry that weight. We rebuilt the site around trust and purchase intent: clearer product positioning, credible proof placed where hesitation happens, and a structure search engines could actually read.

[ PLACEHOLDER — REPLACE WITH VERIFIED PROJECT DETAILS. Three or four sentences: what the business was struggling with, the decision we made about where to start, what was built, and what changed afterwards. ]
Proof
Don't take my word for it. Look at the work.
Client messages, search screenshots, AI answers, analytics. Raw and unedited, with names shown wherever the client is happy to be named.

How I work
Six steps, in this order, every time.
The order matters more than the list. Most failed projects start at step three because nobody was willing to spend time on step one.
Find what's actually broken
Not what's easiest to sell. Traffic, site, conversion, follow-up — I look at all four before recommending anything.
Pick the highest-impact move
One or two changes usually carry most of the result. We agree on those, and on what we're deliberately not doing yet.
Execute through the team
Mentor AOD specialists take the build. I keep the scope honest and review everything before it reaches you.
Deploy, test, tighten
Ship it, watch real behaviour for a couple of weeks, fix what the data disagrees with.
Track outcomes, not vanity
Visibility, enquiries, qualified leads, closed work. Reporting in language a business owner can act on.
Keep compounding
Growth systems get better with maintenance. We revisit priorities every cycle based on what the numbers say.
The team behind the work
Mentor AOD
The company I founded so clients stop stitching together a freelancer for SEO, an agency for the site and a third party for automation. One team, one plan, one person accountable.
AI workflows, agents, CRM and the internal processes that quietly eat your week.
Search, websites, conversion and the whole experience a prospect moves through.
Visibility and authority in your category — in search results and in AI answers.
Next step
Have a problem worth solving?
Tell me what isn't working — the traffic, the site, the leads, or the fact that AI keeps recommending your competitor. I'll tell you honestly whether I can help.
